OPERATIONS MANAGER


Responsibilities:

Operations Manager will have responsibility for supporting partners and consultants through a wide range of office management projects and tasks. Specific responsibilities include:

Qualifications/Experience:


  • Minimum 2 years as a bookkeeper:
  • Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
  • QuickBooks knowledge and experience
  • General:
  • MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and meet all deadlines
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
    • Duties:


    • HR: Manage career and firm development policies and processes
    • Office Administration: Manage company's assets, laptop inventory, communications, vendor management, and executive assistant duties
    • Financial: Perform financial and accounting functions (accounts payable, accounts receivable)
    • Building Management: Manage tenants, vendors, general facilities maintenance, supplies, and other general task
    • Miscellaneous: Assist in business development initiatives and other ad-hoc activities, including annual retreats, meeting scheduling, etc.

      Compensation:

      Compensation is comprised of base salary and variable target bonus, DOE. We offer health & 401k benefits.
