OPERATIONS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Operations Manager will have responsibility for supporting partners and consultants through a wide range of office management projects and tasks. Specific responsibilities include:
Qualifications/Experience:
- HR: Manage career and firm development policies and processes
- Office Administration: Manage company's assets, laptop inventory, communications, vendor management, and executive assistant duties
- Financial: Perform financial and accounting functions (accounts payable, accounts receivable)
- Building Management: Manage tenants, vendors, general facilities maintenance, supplies, and other general task
- Miscellaneous: Assist in business development initiatives and other ad-hoc activities, including annual retreats, meeting scheduling, etc.
