Responsibilities:

The Principal Consultant 4 role will have primarily responsibility for exceeding client expectations by producing deliverables for a wide range of consulting projects, on-time and on-budget, under supervision of Arnold Group partners. Specific responsibilities include:

• Preparing client-ready deliverables with limited Partner involvement
• Managing entire projects and ensuring high quality deliverables on schedule
• Integrating outside knowledge and activity into project impact beyond the scope of project
• Managing a multi-person team, creating a positive team dynamic and ensuring satisfaction of team members and clients
• Growing a team of consultants and developing a successful ongoing mentorship with them
• Acting as a thought leader in a specific firm capability, such as Marketing Campaigns and Competitive Strategy
• Identifying new projects and opportunities in other organizations and with other clients
• Taking an active role in discussions on firm direction and strategy, and leading specific firm development projects

Qualifications/Experience:



• Experience at a top-tier strategy or general management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Booz Allen, or equivalent)
• MBA from top-tier school
• Track record of producing expectation-exceeding deliverables, on-time and on-budget
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude
• Entrepreneurial nature

Compensation/Growth Opportunities:

We provide market-competitive compensation, which varies by Principal level, with total compensation (base plus bonus) of $180K to $240K.
