Responsibilities:

The Principal Consultant 3 role will have primarily responsibility for exceeding client expectations by producing deliverables for a wide range of consulting projects, on-time and on-budget, under supervision of Arnold Group partners. Specific responsibilities include:

• Leading deliverable design, development, and execution with review of Job Managers and Arnold Group partners
• Leading project hypotheses development and developing and managing project work plans
• Understanding the client perspective of the project and managing deliverables and scope
• Periodically managing other team members with partner support
• Acting as a mentor to other team members and leading team discussions with an ability to bring out the best thinking in team members
• Identifying new business opportunities resulting from current projects
• Contributing to the firm’s development conversations and leading specific development project

Qualifications/Experience:



• Experience at a top-tier strategy or general management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Booz Allen, or equivalent)
• MBA from top-tier school
• Track record of producing expectation-exceeding deliverables, on-time and on-budget
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude
• Entrepreneurial natur

Compensation/Growth Opportunities:

We provide market-competitive compensation, which varies by Principal level, with total compensation (base plus bonus) of $180K to $240K.
