Responsibilities:

The Principal Consultant 2 role will have primarily responsibility for exceeding client expectations by producing deliverables for a wide range of consulting projects, on-time and on-budget, under supervision of Arnold Group Job Managers. Specific responsibilities include:

• Working largely independently, as a team leader to complete project deliverables
• Developing and executing the work plan for their portion of project
• Building decks and deliverables with Job Manager structuring and oversight
• Ensuring all change management issues are highlighted and addressed within their scope
• Packaging entire project for reuse in similar projects
• Developing positive, lasting relationships with clients
• Independently developing hypotheses and contributing to team discussion
• Working on specific professional development needs with senior team members
• Contributing to the firm’s development conversion and participating in specific development project

Qualifications/Experience:



• Experience at a top-tier strategy or general management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Booz Allen, or equivalent)
• MBA from top-tier school
• Track record of producing expectation-exceeding deliverables, on-time and on-budget
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude
• Entrepreneurial nature

Compensation/Growth Opportunities:

We provide market-competitive compensation, which varies by Principal level, with total compensation (base plus bonus) of $180K to $240K.
