JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Principal Consultant 2 will formulate and apply computer financial and mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, and other managerial functions. Develop related software, service, and products. Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software and models. Develop and supply optimal work plans and strategies for program evaluation, review, and implementation.
Work largely independently, as a team leader, to complete project deliverables in a timely manner. Develop and execute the work plan for assigned portion of project. Build decks and prepare deliverables with minimal structuring and oversight by Job Manager. Ensure all change management issues are highlighted and addressed within the project’s scope. Develop positive and lasting relationships with clients. Independently develop hypotheses and contribute to team discussion. Work on specific professional development needs with senior team members. Contribute to the firm’s development conversion and participate in specific development project.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
At least one year of experience at a management consulting firm assessing, designing, and implementing strategic improvement projects for Fortune 500 companies; manage and direct other team members in project design and execution; manage interactions with clients to establish requirements and ensure assignment progress.
At least five years of experience analyzing business operations throughout the value chain; defining and implementing quality improvement initiatives; and managing projects and professional teams.
SALARY:$130,000 per year
We provide market-competitive compensation, which varies by Principal level, with total compensation (base plus bonus) of $180K to $240K.
