Responsibilities:

The Principal Consultant 1 role will have responsibility for exceeding client expectations by producing deliverables for a wide range of consulting projects, on-time and on-budget, under supervision of Arnold Group Job Managers. Specific responsibilities include:

• Completing project scope and deliverables, working under Job Manager guidance
• Working as an effective team member and contributing to team discussion
• Working with clients on specific tasks and making a positive client impression of the Arnold Group
• Actively seeking out opportunities to learn and improve skills
• Following firm policies and procedures

Qualifications/Experience:



• Experience at a top-tier strategy or general management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Booz Allen, or equivalent)
• MBA from top-tier school
• Track record of producing expectation-exceeding deliverables, on-time and on-budget
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude
• Entrepreneurial nature

Compensation/Growth Opportunities:

We provide market-competitive compensation, which varies by Principal level, with total compensation (base plus bonus) of $180K to $240K.
